The firm supplies products to around nine million shoppers each year and runs over 70 vehicles in the UK, comprising cars and commercial vehicles.

Following a tender process, Florette appointed TCH Leasing to help it meet key objectives of helping develop and introduce a new fleet policy and converting ‘grey fleet’ to using vehicles supplied by TCH Leasing via a contract hire agreement.

TCH Leasing will host a two-day workshop for employees of Florette to help educate staff regarding the benefits that the policy delivers for both employees and the business respectively.

Richard Brooksbank, supply chain manager, Florette, said: “We were looking for a fleet management provider who could be a ‘working partner’ rather than just a supplier, and that is exactly what TCH Leasing are.

TCH Leasing won the tender process to become our fleet management provider for a number of reasons, but principally because they demonstrated that they could provide us with expert consultancy. This consultancy and support will help us meet our key fleet objectives, including reducing the number of grey-fleet drivers on our fleet by using contract hire as an alternative.”
