“This award recognises the winner’s development of an end-to-end vehicle management system that brings greater clarity to the damage capture process, ensuring that a visual and descriptive record of a Hertz vehicle’s condition can be accessed at any given point. This means that when any damage is identified, it is allocated to the right party and the correct cost for the damage is applied through access to a real-time make-and-model specific cost matrix.”
