Euroway will provide maintenance through its FleetSure programme on the 65 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans that Stone Hardy operates as mobile repair workshops for its national breakdown service.

Paul Clark, managing director at Stone Hardy, said: 'The arrangement is a positive move forward for our operation. It enables our management team to focus its priorities on customer service without having to worry about the maintenance and compliance of the company’s service van fleet.'

Euroway sales and marketing director Mark Howell said: 'We have a close working relationship with Stone Hardy and fully understand how they operate their service and repair business.

'The development of our FleetSure programme is an ideal fit as we can provide them with the levels of fleet uptime and vehicle availability needed. In addition, the proven systems and procedures within FleetSure will ensure full compliance of their fleet at all times,' he added.

Euroway has also appointed a new strategic business development manager, Terrie Clifton, who will be responsible for promoting the company’s contract hire and fleet management services into new and non-traditional market sectors.
