Following four years as Fleet Consultants with the EST, David Watts and David Nicholas have been promoted to Fleet Partnership Managers, with joint responsibility for identifying and building strategic partnerships within the fleet industry in England.

Tim Anderson has been appointed Senior Transport Knowledge Manager, having previously spent four years as Consumer Transport Manager with EST. In his new role, Tim will be responsible for research and content generation for consumer and business transport.
