BCA underpins digital plans with new appointment
BCA has appointed Fiona Hall as head of online products in line with its ongoing digital ambitions.

Hall’s appointment comes as BCA reports a 25% increase in online sales over the last 12 months and a rise in the use of mobile usage. Tablet and smartphone now accounts for 60% of the firm’s digital interactions.
Hall added: “We aim to lead the industry in new technology over the coming years, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in this transformation.”
