The move follows the full acquisition and rebranding of the Fleet Synergy International JV run with Lex Autolease.

The new International Sales and Account Management division will become operational from 3 January 2011 and will be responsible for the acquisition of new international customers, retaining and growing existing international partnerships and working in close collaboration with parent company De Lage Landen.

Fleet Synergy's current chief commercial officer, Sarah Lomas, will become general manager of the International Sales & Account Management division and will report to Richard Sikkel, senior vice president commerce at Athlon Car Lease International.
